House rules

All our apartments are non-smoking and at least one of the guests should be 18+years of age

It is not allowed to exceed the maximum number of guests in the apartment as indicated

Quiet times (siesta) of the complex must be respected at all times (standard 9pm - 9am)

¡ IMPORTANT INFORMATION !

• We are required by Spanish law (Royal decree 933/2021) to register all guest. For this we use an online check-in application
• Reservations over €3.000,00 require a tax identification number (main guest) to meet Spanish tax- and invoicing regulations.

All our apartments have a minimum stay of 5 nights (Casa Iguazu, Bonita Vista and Naranja 7 nights)
